His real name is Jonathan Michael Roda and has been scamming people for many years.  This website is here for the purpose of helping identify other victims of Mr. Roda as well as to gather all of the information that we can so that law enforcement will have all the information they need to lock him up for good.

As of 7/22/08, Gules Sinatra aka Jules Sinatra aka Gulian Sinatra aka Julian Sinatra has defrauded people upwards of $500,000 of many individuals including celebrities, businessmen, security guard firms, and working class individuals.  This individual is allegedly 33 years old, about 220 pounds, 5’11”. Please be aware, Jonathan Michael Roda was born on May 31, 1974 in French Camp, California. This is his true birthday yet we found that he uses random birthdays at different times during his past arrests so certain court records may be obscured by this fact.  Jules Sinatra aka Gulian Sinatra aka Julian Sinatra has graying/brown curly hair, blue eyes and rotten teeth.  Jules Sinatra aka Gulian Sinatra aka Julian Sinatra is often found in the Houston, Austin, Vegas, New York, Florida, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Arizona, and Los Angeles areas. He claims to be the grandson or nephew of the great Frank Sinatra which he uses to gain credibility in the music industry as well as the appearance that he receives million dollar royalties and will be able to assist those that he later defrauds. If he is in the public domain again we expect he will change the name and will portray himself or affiliate himself to another famous person. Please be aware that Mr. Roda can be classified as a sociopath and schizophrenic with an eccentric and keen mind. He can read a book, study it, and become an expert in it and/or take its message, twist it, and use it for ill purposes. It is believed that he has not held a job for the last dozen years and that he likes to drift from city to city and has no home address. He often uses tour buses and frequents and sleeps in hotels. It is believed that Jonathan stole from his own brothers and family so therefore he does not have one ounce of moral fiber in him, so be wary.

As of 7/24/08, he has a warrant issued for his arrest in the state of Florida and is being held in Austin, Texas. He is waiting to post bail or for the Florida police authorities to pick him up and bring him back to their state. Upon information and belief, it is a fugitive warrant based on a parole violation. There may be multiple warrants issued for his arrest in other states including the above listed.

Jules Sinatra aka Gulian Sinatra aka Julian Sinatra identifies himself as a person involved in the entertainment field and has the uncanny ability to befriend celebrities and anyone who appears to have financial resources. 

If you run into this individual insist on him producing his identification, for he will not and say it was lost or stolen. Try to obtain his fingerprints or any contact information, parent’s address, ex-wife’s address, children’s address if possible. You will notice he calls you endearing terms such as brother, cousin, fam, or alike. He often says I love you to death in an effort to befriend you. He also loves using speakerphone to prove he’s talking to someone famous as well as to hear false bank recordings describing a large bank balance. He enjoys renting exotic cars on his victims’ credit cards to give the perception that he is a wealthy, successful person in the entertainment or recording industries. He looks for his victims’ passion or career aspiration and promises to help his victim pursue it through his network of contacts and his self-described bank account worth millions. He anticipates that you will help him in the short term since he has the contacts and the vast amount in the bank that can further assist you. You will find that he often wears baseball caps and sunglasses in night clubs and may be followed by a security team which he probably has not paid yet. He likes the nightlife and will usually be drinking Krystal or the most expensive Champagne on the menu because it makes him look and feel successful. He enjoys looking like a celebrity when he is merely a conman. Whatever you do, do not let him see your credit card, touch it, or its numbers or any of your IDs, for he is a master at identity fraud/theft.

His MO is to use and abuse your credit card with and without you knowing with the promise to pay it back but never actually does.  He will also steal your credit card and its number while you sleep or are away without your knowing and uses the card and the number for fraudulent purchases by signing your name and he then returns the card to its original location without you knowing.
